    They say exercisin' also gives your brain a boost - releases those endolphins or whatever to perk you up. I guess if you one of them corporate types who sits at a desk all day, a little workout might keep you from losin' your damn mind.

    And you sleep better after breakin' a sweat. But sleep ain't exactly my problem... anything past midnight and I'm out like a light! I'll leave all that 5am workout nonsense to the Energizer Bunny.

    But hey, do your thing - ride bikes, lift weights, take aerobics... Just don't come tellin' me about your damn fitness goals. I ain't trying to hear all that! As long as there's a couch and a TV, I'm gonna be just fine. My only exercise is changin' channels to find something good to watch.
